Delegates will be sent a form from which they can order a lunch from the venue for either conference day. Students may also bring their own lunches.
The options are below. Includes a beverage, condiments, chips, and a cookie. For allergy information, please contact Hyatt Hotel Lodge - Former McDonald's Campus . Students with allergies should be responsible for bringing EpiPens or allergy medication. If an allergy is severe, a student should bring their own lunch and should be responsible for medication or EpiPens.
Food: $32.97 (with tax and service charge)
Any traveling delegates who wish to stay overnight can book rooms at the Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus. H-MUN has not negotiated a rate or has planned on students attending from out of state/country, but they are certainly welcome to. The link below provides information on how to book hotel rooms. The hotel rooms are attached to the conference center so the delegate will not have to leave campus.
